At Finesse, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Eligibility:
● Request must be made within 2–3 days of delivery.
● Product must be unused and unworn.
● Original tags must be intact.
● Item must be returned in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
● Customized orders (unless defective or incorrect)
● Used or damaged items
● Items without original tags
Shipping Costs:
● Customer bears return shipping cost.
● If the error is from our side, we will manage the replacement/refund accordingly.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
